Jagan joined G7CR as an Operations Manager in the year 2012. With his experience and expertise in running successful teams and processes in the past, he has proved to be a great asset and has helped not only in managing the day to day operations but also is able to build utmost trust and faith in customers leading to further growth and success of the business.
Jagan is anchoring a number of initiatives and interventions to support development of Business Strategy through aligning the HR functional role to dovetail with business plans. He maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing system audits and analyses, managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs within G7CR.
His focus areas include development of HR competencies, managing culture, change management, performance management systems, and employee development. He comes with an experience of more than 8 years in the ITES-BPO domain. He strongly believes in the sharing of experiences and knowledge in various forums and platforms and maintains a friendly atmosphere around him with great professionalism and commitment towards his goals and targets.
